Aquacise Classes
Aquacise Classes offer a fat burning cardiovascular workout that uses the positive and negative resistance of the water to build strength and muscle definition. We encourage you to workout at your own pace, which allows for all fitness levels in each scheduled class. The water is great for strength training without causing stress to your joints and back. Check out our Group Exercise Schedule for a description of the Aquacise Classes we offer.
Swim lessons are available on a session basis. The lessons give you the opportunity to learn to swim in a safe and fun environment.
