Aquacise Classes
Aquacise Classes offer a fat burning cardiovascular workout that
uses the positive and negative resistance of the water to build
strength and muscle definition. We encourage you to
workout at your own pace, which allows for all fitness levels in
each scheduled class. The water is great for strength
training without causing stress to your joints and back.

Swim Lessons
Swim lessons are available on a session basis. The lessons
give you the opportunity to learn to swim in a safe and fun
environment.

Ages 5 years to 17 years
- Adult Lessons
18 years and up
