Get a fitness assessment before you begin your exercise program.
You will see where you are now and learn what you need to do to
get where you want to be. Get a fitness assessment every
8-12 weeks to measure your progress and make necessary changes
to your program. In this 45 minute session we will measure

Program Reconditiong
Have a personal trainer design a program for you. You will
