Fitness Assessment
Get a fitness assessment before you begin your exercise program.  You will see where you are now and learn what you need to do to get where you want to be.  Get a fitness assessment every 8-12 weeks to measure your progress and make necessary changes to your program.  In this 45 minute session we will measure your:

>Body Composition
>Girth Measurements
>Body Mass Index
>Flexibility
>Blood Pressure
>Muscular Strength &
    Endurance
They will also discuss Exercise & Nutrition.
Program Reconditiong
Have a personal trainer design a program for you.  You will first meet with the trainer to discuss your personal needs and goals.  You will receive a fitness assessment, then the trainer will design a personalized program for you and take you through your new workout.
